My Christmas shopping is amost done. I have a few tidbits to grab here and there to finish up a couple of projects but otherwise it is done! My Christmas cards are stuffed and labeled, they just need to be stamped and mailed! The gifts I already have are wrapped and under the tree. This weekend we are heading to my Grandparent’s house for our Christmas with them. I can’t believe it is already December 10th! Where has time gone???

Things have been so hectic lately. Here it is 9 PM on a Sunday night and I haven’t even started my laundry. A small area of our icicle lights on the house are burned out :( Was a little disappointed by that. I’m hoping it is an easy fix by just replacing a bulb. Gotta keep my fingers crossed on that one.

So sometime this week we are taking my sister shopping so she can buy my mom and dad’s Christmas gifts. Friday I’m off work and I went ahead and took off the following Monday so that I can relax and get things done around the house.

Still have no date for the wedding. Was supposed to go this last weekend but canceled the appointment due to some issues with my parents and whatever. Gene and I may be going this week one evening to pay the deposit and secure a date. I am really hoping that by this weekend I will have a wedding date!! I am really excited about marrying my absolute best friend and I want to start planning it! The fun stuff :) And speaking of which, we took my ring in today to have the 6 month inspection done. All was well and now it is sooooo shiney. It sparkles, even with the dimmest lighting :)
