Meet my hubby. His name is Gene but he is usually referred to as Daddy or Geniebear. We’ve been a couple for over 12 1/2 years and married for almost 3. He is an amazingly kind person with a pure heart and soul. He loves all of his girls and would do absolutely anything for all of us. He is a “Computer Guy.” He loves to watch anime and listen to indie punk music.

That’s me! With my two amazing girls. As you can tell, I am a Mommy to two beautiful little girls, which just so happens to be my dream job. I love listening to music in the car, playing with my girls and game night with my hubby and friends.

Zoey Elise, our first born daughter. She was born April 14, 2009, the day after my birthday and just eight days after her Daddy’s birthday. She was 4 weeks early and weighed 5lb 5oz and was 18.5 inches long. A chilled out baby turned typical toddler. Tantrums, timeouts, giggles and energy.

Kiera Claire, our second daughter, less than two years younger than her sister. Born almost 6 weeks early on January 19, 2011 and weighed 6lb 10oz and was 18.5 inches longer. She spent a week in the NICU but came home a healthy, perfect little girl. She’s so cuddly and squishy. I love her to pieces. I get lost in her eyes often.

Emma is our 7 year old Australian Shepherd/Heeler mix. We’ve had her since she was 10 weeks old. She’s lived in two apartments and two houses with us. She has been having a midlife crisis with stealing food off the coffee table but for the most part she is an amazing dog. So well behaved, so incredibly smart. She feels like one of the kids!
