7 weeks
This time during my pregnancy with Z, we had just had our 2nd ultrasound! This time, I haven’t had even one. Hell, I haven’t even been to the doctor yet! I am just as worried this time as I was last time and constantly wondering if my sweet baby is okay in there. If symptoms are a sign of vitality, then I would say he/she is doing JUST fine.
I have been so sick!! I had some mild nausea with Z but nothing like this. And not this early!! I have been pretty nauseated since I first found out, three weeks ago. The exhaustion hasn’t hit as hard as it did last time but boy the nausea and insomnia are in full gear already. Some days I do okay and others I have a hard time even taking care of Z. Luckily, she is a pretty easy child and will entertain herself with toys or a movie when I am feeling under the weather.
Going to meet a friend at Chelino’s today for lunch and then do a little window shopping at Ross. Hoping my stomach cooperates and lets me enjoy myself!

Hope you get to feeling better soon! I never had any symptoms with Andrew. Maybe I was a little thirsty here and there, and I felt queasy for a few weeks around 6 weeks, but nothing that didn’t disappear pretty quickly.

I hope wee baby lets you rest soon – but if that means he or she is healthy, then that’s gotta be a good thing. I bet you can’t wait for your first US with the little one!

I so remember morning sickness. It was definitely not one of my finer moments in life. :\ I hope you begin feeling better soon and that the morning sickness subsides quickly. Nothing worse than being sick during one of the more special moments in your life!
