I would never be able to resist Zoey's adorable little face either. She's so stinking precious! It is amazing how smart children become and how they learn to tug at your heart strings.

Maybe she's teething?? (I know, I know, I hate it when people say this to me to explain away fussiness, too.) Hope you get more sleep tonight. If not, there's probably an episode or three of "Family Guy" on. =>

I love it. But OMG, it's so much easier when they can't talk yet. Now I try to close my eyes on the couch for a single second and get "Mama, wake up! Wake up wake up, Mama! What say? What's that? You see that? Mama, wake up, please."

Still, I get my Mom Break because he still sleeps in a crib - AND we gate the stairs so he can't get up or down - AND he'll watch TV quietly by himself for a while.. if I'm lucky.

It's funny how they get older and more independent, and trade one thing for another - and yet the mama's work is never less. ;)
