My husband had to have his tongue clipped when he was little, but his parents waited too long and he had to have surgery for it... And honestly, I would have totally had a heart attack if I would've heard voices outside of my house. I am a big 'ol wimp when it comes to those things, especially when I have my babies at home with me! Glad it turned out to be nothing serious, but how rude of that guy to use your water!
