A little post before I shut this thing down. I just can’t seem to find the time to do much in the evenings on work days. I’d love to work on my cookbook that I’m in the process of making but I just can’t find the energy. Tonight we came home and made dinner together, Sweet ‘n Sour Meatballs w/Rice (yummm) and then I did the dishes. I then wrapped most of the gifts we have and finished up my Christmas cards. And it’s already 9 PM! I can’t believe time just flies like that. Where in the world does the time go??? It’s not like I piddled around either.. I pretty much have been moving nonstop since I got home from work.

So I’m about to eat a Lean Cuisine panini. I don’t wanna reheat the leftovers right now but for some reason I am just starving to death. UGh who knows. I hate my stupid appetite. It fluctuates so badly and I can never seem to be satisfied. But my thirst is VERY satisfied right now as I am drinking some iced green tea with sweet ‘n low. I know the pink stuff aint that great for ya but I have developed a new love for sweet ‘n low in my tea. And now I want to drink that ALL of the time!

Well, time to get off this here computer :) Going to go take a shower and get into my brand new Christmas Eeyore jammies that I got at Walmart :) I started a new tradition where Gene and I will get new warm pajamas every year before Christmas and so I picked these bad boys out at Walmart. And him? He picked out some VERY festive sweats, dark blue pants and lighter blue sweatshirt. Boys :D

P.S. I’m getting married in 4 months!! FOUR MONTHS!!!
