Nothing wrong with what you had....good for you. I am trying to do the same thing...but at starbucks they have White Hot Chocolate and it is soooo good. I mean it is not too bad if I get skin milk...it's just the white chocolate flavouring that is bad for me. Meh...I worked out today so that helps too! Oh and I have never heard of spaghetti squash, but it sounds really tasty! A gourmet chef you are LOL :) Well, I hope that you back (and head) feel better!
