Today I left work at lunch and drove to Gene’s work to see him and have lunch with him. He spoiled me with his work’s famous (famous to me, anyway) tuna salad sandwich :) Yum yum! I can’t tell you how good those things are. How do they do it??? I just wish they’d make it in wrap-form again! The bread gets soggy when it is on regular bread. I know, I know.. what a life!

We are going to watch Family Guy this evening and have a snack. For now we are just kind of relaxing. I think I’m going to go pick up stuff in the kitchen when I am done writing here. I gotta go through my box of candles. I never mentioned it but a few weeks ago I had a candle party and just about no one showed up! It was great. Anyway, but I got the few people’s orders that did come, in today! And of course, my stuff :) Hah. I looove candles. I think tonight I am going to clean off the window-seat thinger in our bedroom and turn on my yankee candle tart burner! I haven’t used it in over a week and I just looove the smell it produces.

This weekend Gene and I really need to go out to the lake. I’ve gotta check it out and get started on the wedding plans. I haven’t done anything in over a month. Just enjoying our time being engaged, I suppose :) No reason to rush into wedding planning and being all stressed over it. And I must say, I am really enjoying being engaged ;) I am one of those annoying bragging engaged women! I love to tell people I’m engaged and when people tease me about my looong last name, I just tell them that’s ok because I get to change it soon! Heeeh :) I told Gene that I can’t wait to start calling him hubby and hubs, lol. Dorky, I know.
