This is quite a busy week. Where do I even begin?? First I’ll write my movie review and then go on about how absolutely rediculously crazy this week is…

Tonight Gene and I went on what I call the Seven Dollar Date. We had a $6 dinner at Sam’s Club and then went to the 50cent movies, which totals about $7. That is after tax, too! We rawk :D Anyway, so we went and saw Cars. And it was sooo cute. I loved it and I thought it was pretty funny too. I’ve heard such bad reviews and bad things about this movie since it came out from people and online, but I thought it was just adorable! So poo on all of the people who knocked it :)

My back is still achey. I pretty much have to move around as slowly and as gently as possible these days. Really nervous that I am going to throw something else out of place :( I hate it. I am such a get-up-and-go type of person that all of this “slowness” is really driving me nuts. There is so much I need/want to do. Change the sheets on the bed, do laundry, go out and not worry about my back hurting 10 minutes into our outing. The little stuff.

Gene and I were going to celebrate our 99 monthiversary today even though it isn’t until Monday, but I am really not sure if I want to. I don’t know if I want to be celebrating anything with the way that I feel. It sucks. The only things I really HAVE to do today is go to the mall and use my $25 in Real Women dollars from Lane Bryant. It expires in a few days and I just need to go in there and buy something. Even with having $25 off of $50, I’ll still end up spending about 30-40 in there. Stupid place has gotten rediculously over priced. I mostly shop at Cato nowadays and Ross. Screw $80 jeans! NEVER.

The state fair is here this weekend. Today and tomorrow are the last days. I never got to go and it sucks. I may go out there for an hour or so tomrorow, I’m still not sure. I don’t even know if I could stand out there for an hour, ya know? This pain has got to go away! It is not cool, at all. Preventing me from doing a lot of things that I want to do. Go away back pain, gooo awwwaayyy!

So what do you guys think about the header image?? Isn’t Astro such a doll. He was such an adorable puppy! All puppies are adorable though, right?? I can’t believe how big he has gotten. I mean, ginormous. And he is barely half-way to his full grown size. Look at this.

Speaking of the silly boy, I really need to call the vet and schedule his yearly check up and vaccinations. I just keep forgetting. With all of the back problems I’ve had this week, a lot of things have been missed. I didn’t even put the trash out this morning and it was our trash day! Ugh. Gotta wait until next Thursday now. Oh well, we didn’t have that much trash this week anyway. I can’t wait until I am functioning at 100% again. I hate relying so much on other people to get things done.

Today when I went to the Chiro I actually had acupuncture for the first time ever. I think I’m a believer now.. I can’t explain how much pain is gone ever since I had the treatment. It wasn’t immediate relief but after a few hours I could definitely tell a difference and right now I can really tell a difference. Yesterday I was in agony and today it is under control and I am no longer miserable! Also, I’ve been getting “adjustments” every day. Yesterday the doc said one leg was longer than the other and when I went in this morning he said both of my legs were even now. How crazy is that??? I always thought chiropractors were a big joke but now I’m wondering why I haven’t gone before? Especially since my insurance covers it.

Anyway that is all for now. Can’t sit in this chair too long before my back starts aching. I also wanted to say I’m reading “Conversations with the Fat Girl” currently. I’m half way through and I like it. It’s funny and has a great sense of humor!

I am starting my food log back up in hopes of shedding some more weight. The last several months have been a blur for me. After our vacation (early July) I just could not get motivated to do what I needed to do to stay on my diet. I am happy to announce that I did not gain a single past over the last several months but I do want to get back on the wagon and try to lose more weight.

Although it is sad that the dude wrote this for his wife and then later got divorced, I dedicate this song to my lovely Gene because I know we wont ever get divorced. I know that the trip is rough but the bumps are what make us all stronger in the end. And a love like ours could never be broken.

So this is my new layout for now. Whoever made it, that picture is AMAZING. I am jealous. I wish I lived near something that photo-worthy. Anyway, I haven’t customized this layout at all because I’ve been busy. And I still don’t have time to do it. I’ll try to change the picture or something? I dunno. This is my all-time favorite template that I’ve found for WordPress. It’s pretty darn snazzy!

Gene and I went to the mall today. I got 2 Family Guy pens that talk (Peter Griffin & Stewie Griffin), a Nacho Libre key chain and some hair dillies (yes, I call them hair dillies, shutup!). Gene and I ate at Bennigans and it was super duper yummy. I got some awesome smelling bubble bath and bath beads at Wally World and then we went on a nice walk.

I can’t believe the weekend is already over! :(

I invited Layla over to stay the night tonight, we are going to play games and eat fun food. I made crab wraps, salsa cream cheese dip and tuna salad. I may go lay down for 30 minutes or so and take a little nap. I’m not exactly tired right now but I do want to be able to stay up tonight and I seem to get extremely tired around midnight. I hate that! :(

And I hate this layout, still. I redid the image and it is still annoying me. I think I’m going to go for something “different” as far as the layout goes. Maybe I wont go take a nap, maybe I’ll mess around with my website a little bit. I can never make up my mind!
