Not a whole lot to say. I had a horrendous tummy ache all day today and it has carried on into the evening now. I thought it was better and I ate a light dinner of chicken noodle soup and somehow I am in bad pain again. I have no idea what could have caused this but I would really like it to just go away now. Definitely overstayed its welcome.
I am going to start logging my food intake again. I’m trying to decide if I want to take up room on this blog with it or create a second blog to keep track of it. Finding time to do this is my biggest concern, but you know how that goes :o Tomorrow is the neighbor’s little boy’s last t-ball game of the season so we will be going to that around 7:40 PM. I like the later ones so that we have time to come home and eat before we go. Also plan to walk the trails at the park before the game starts.

I think the food log is a great idea. I started to try it out on pen/paper but I haven’t logged a single item. Do you plan to calculate calories or just eyeball your intake?
