I haven’t been keeping up with my blog very well lately. I mostly just visit the people on my blogroll and that is all I have time to do. I’ve been pretty busy this week! Between work, the company Christmas party, Gene’s brother and his wife coming in, Gene’s graduation, and going out of town for our extended family Christmas… I’ve been busy! The house is almost totally clean and ready for his brother and his wife to come in. I’m about to start putting some music on my MP3 player so that I’ll have some stuff to listen to while we are out of town. :)

Astro will be going to the vet tomorrow morning and Emma will be dropped off at my parent’s house. I’ll let you guys know how much Astro weighs when we take him in. I’m interested to find out. Gene and I are guessing somewhere in the 80lb range. He’s a growing boy :) Sometimes I have to remind myself that he is only 6 months old and still has a lot more growing to do. What in the world have we got ourselves into??? :D

Gene had his last final this morning so I am hoping to con him into helping me clean today. I am just so proud of him for getting through college with such awesome grades. He thinks his GPA will be about 3.96 or so! He made 2 B’s in his Physics classes a couple of years back. He has tried so hard to make awesome grades and has really made an effort while he has been in school. I can’t even describe how absolutely proud I am of him!! He is such a smart, dedicated guy and I love him with all of my being :) But anyway… I still have so much to do. And a few gifts to wrap. Busy, busy :) I’ll try to post again when we get back in town. I hope you all have an excellent weekend :)
